Kenny acts as the overseer and director of on-site coordination, he effectively manages and supervises every aspect of construction projects, encompassing tasks such as staffing, subcontractor and material coordination. He meticulously ensures that all specifications are strictly adhered to and diligently monitors the progress of the project, ensuring it stays on schedule and within the predetermined budget.
FIELD OPERATIONS
Justin Chitwood
As the leader of Field Operations, Justin strives for the timely completion of all projects and ensures that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. His in-depth knowledge of construction aids in quality assurance, cost control, and safety. In addition to overseeing and managing construction projects, he diligently keeps a watchful eye on the health and safety of the jobsite, making sure that proper safety protocols are strictly followed and maintained.

As the Finance & Administration Manager, she diligently ensures the implementation of industry-leading methodologies in finance, administration, and HR management to optimize efficiency and growth.
